The posts are under Advt. Nos. 29/2025 (Civil), 30/2025 (Mechanical) and 31/2025 (Electrical). All vacancies are for AICTE-recognized engineering graduates.
Educational Qualification: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil, Mechanical (and for Electrical posts, Electrical) Engineering from a university or institute approved by the AICTE. Degrees obtained via regular courses (including from UGC-recognized deemed universities) are valid, but distance-learning technical degrees are not acceptable.
Candidates with Associate Membership of the Institute of Engineers (India) or with “A” & “B” branch exams passed from IEI (or equivalent) are also eligible as per notification norms.
Age Limit (as of 01/08/2024): Generally 21–37 years for male candidates (with relaxation up to 40 for reserved categories and 42 for women).
Steps to Apply:
Written Competitive Exam (Objective only): Selection is based solely on performance in the written examination. There is no interview round.
Exam Structure: The written test consists of six papers: four compulsory (General English, General Hindi – both qualifying, General Studies, General Engineering Science) and two optional papers based on the candidate’s engineering discipline.
Qualifying Marks: Minimum 30 marks in English/Hindi. Main papers: General – 40%, OBC – 36.5%, EBC – 34%, SC/ST/Women/Divyang – 32%.
